What is Italian ice?
Italian ice is an East Coast favorite with a smooth consistency similar to ice cream but is dairy free and fat free.  It is not "shaved ice" like a sno-cone or slushi; instead it is hand-scooped.

What flavors do you sell?
Lemon, Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Rainbow, Mango, Dreamsicle, and Watermelon.

Can I serve Italian ice at my special event?
Yes!  Our Italian ice is perfect for graduation parties, weddings, birthday parties, or any special event.  We can come set up our festive tent at your event or you can simply order the product by the four-gallon container.  Call or email for pricing and details.

Do you have a retail store?
Not at this point.  We go to festivals, fairs, and other events to sell the Italian Ice.

How can I purchase your Italian ice to eat in my home?
Our Italian ice can be purchased in four-gallon buckets or in 10-ounce cups for routine eating.  These cups come in Lemon, Mango, Cherry, and Watermelon.
